Nose: Franco, with aromas of roasted and toasted persistent well blended with ripe fruit
Palate: Intense, earthy and edgeless. Good tannin. Very pleasant to the taste. Well balanced. Aftertaste long and round with a final conjuring of mineral salts
Combining: Serving temperature 17-18ºC. All kinds of meat.

Variety of grape: 70% Tempranillo Peludo + 30% Graciano
Alcohol: 14,5% Alcohol by Volume.
Colour: Ruby red, trimmed to half a glass tile.
Nose: Very fresh with secondary fermentation aromas and ripe fruit well with the other. Smoked appear in the background.
Palate: elegant, round, repeating ripe fruit and smoky aftertaste. Tanino round
Combining: Serving temperature 17-18ºC. Highly recommended as an aperitif, it is an exquisite companion of good prosciutto, caviar and foie. Perfect for drinking with soft cheese, rice, fish and desserts.
