Tasting Notes

Color: Lively and intense with garnet notes and a bit of vermilion.
Bouquet: Fruity and flowered character with a wild berries remembers and refreshing violets characters, typical of the Syrah variety, on a spicy and roasted background.
Taste: full body, filling the mouth with sensations from the first taste, refreshing and flossy. Great aging potential, it can get over 7 years. On this moment the wine express the full potential.

Combines wonderfully with red meats, game, duck, rabbit and the like. Also pair with broths and stews which are strong in flavour, such as bean stews, chickpea stews and creamy rice dishes.
