Characteristics of Attis Caíño Red wine

An artisanal wine that hides inside the most characteristic properties of the Galician lands bathed by the Atlantic Ocean. The family winery Attis produces this wine with one of the varieties with the greatest potential of the D.O. Rías Baixas, the Caíño Tinta. This Atlantic wine has a very limited production of 884 bottles, so it is a very special broth worthy of the best palates.

Attis Caiño Tinto is an elegant, fresh wine with a perfect balance of herbaceous aromas and an ideal acidity for wines made with the Caiño Tinto variety. These nuances are achieved thanks to a careful elaboration process based on craftsmanship, with manual harvests and always respecting the proper times of the grapes in each process.

This broth rests for 12 months in new French oak barrels, which provide special touches of wood in the final result.

All these characteristics make the Caiño Tinto de Attis a perfect wine to accompany fish stews such as marmitako, as well as red meats cooked on the grill.
