Manual harvest in boxes of 15 Kg. Grapes are checked at the selection table at the entrance to the winery.
Winemaking
Complete destemming. First alcoholic fermentation in barrels of 500 L. Aging in new French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is clarified with sea water & egg white.
Tasting notes
A wine of intense color and very fruity. Black fruit and raspberry. A well-balanced wine with well-integrated acidity.

Grilled red meat, game, meat stews, cheeks.
