Tasting Notes

Intense cherry color, bright.

On the nose, it initially offers notes of black fruits (cassis), with a touch of graphite accompanied by aromas of toasted, toffee, coffee and a fine and very well integrated wood.

The passage through the mouth is unctuous, persistent. At first, it offers sweet tannins, with a remarkable presence. As the wine is aerated they tend to soften completely. At the same time, the wine gains in volume.

Pairing

Ideal with delicate meats, such as a roasted duck with candied cherries.
