Tasting note

Pale golden color, bright. Very expressive in the nose, with stone fruit aromas (peach), citrus and a discrete touch of white pepper. In the mouth, it is long, full bodied with a good acidity & the same complexity as in the nose.

The slight residual sugar that shows in the finish makes this wine a perfect companion to Asian cuisine and almost every spicy dish, be it fish or white meat.
