In this case, it is a sparkling wine or frizzante that has been made from the fermentation of bananas from the Canary Islands and passion fruit or maracuya.

This preparation has been carried out completely naturally, without the addition of chemicals or additives of any kind. This is how a special fruit wine has been obtained that creates an explosion of tropical aromas and flavors that manage to transport you to the paradisiacal beaches of Tenerife.

In terms of appearance, it is a yellowish broth with bright reflections that is mainly characterized by its aromas of passion fruit, with hints of banana. In flavors, these fruits make an appearance again, with sweet notes and a perfect balance of acidity and freshness.
