Winemaking

This wine is aged for 4 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Wine with violet tones.
Nose: Complex in the nose, with aromas of red fruits and liquorice typical of Tempranillo combined with a roasted touch of the barrel.
Palate: In the mouth it is very pleasant with a good sweet entrance, followed by a suitable acidity and a mature tannin that provides a long and pleasant aftertaste.

Winemaking

Made in tanks of 30,000 kg. Fermentation at 28ºC, and maceration for 2 weeks.

Ageing

Aging in French and American oak barrels for a period of 18 months, and later staying in the bottle for at least 6 more months.

Tasting Note

Colour: Intense ruby red color.
Nose: In nose it emphasizes the freshness and intensity of the fruit, characteristic of the variety Grenache, and also appear the toasts of the barrel perfectly integrated.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh, silky and with a long finish.

Winemaking

Fermentation and maceration in vats of 15,000 kilos at 28 degrees, for about 20 days.

Ageing

Malolactic in new French oak barrels and subsequent aging for 16 months.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Wine of high layer and intense ruby red color.
Nose: The nose is complex, with a perfect assemblage of toasted and smoked French oak and ripe black fruits.
Palate: In the mouth it is tasty and enveloping, with ripe tannins and an excellent acidity.

Winemaking

Fermentation in concrete deposits, without reaching over 24 degrees.

Ageing

Malolactic in French oak barrels, where the wine was around 4 months.

Tasting Note

Colour: Purple with an edging that denotes its youthful upper middle layer.
Nose: It came very intense, which surprises by its fruity character.
Palate: In the mouth is a wine with the typical power of the area from which it comes, structured and dense, but at the same time is a sweet wine, pleasant, elegant and easy to drink.

Winemaking

Fermentation in stainless steel tank at low temperature. Breeding on thin lees for 4 months in the same tank where it performed a partial malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Note

Colour: Straw yellow color with greenish and golden highlights.
Nose: It is a very fresh wine, with an aromatic of acidic fruits, like the acid apple, the lime or the lemon.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh, of easy passage, with a very marked acidity, and an end that invites to take another drink.

Winemaking

Fermentation below 25 degrees in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 14 days.

Ageing

Aged for 5 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Note

Colour: Wine of medium layer, with a bright garnet cherry color.
Nose: Aromas of wild fruits such as raspberry and trinkets, combined with light toasted from their passage through barrel. Certain citrus touches denoting freshness and vividness.
Palate: In the mouth it is silky, stands out for its freshness and minerality, and is surprisingly easy to drink.
