Fermentation in stainless steel tank at low temperature. Breeding on thin lees for 4 months in the same tank where it performed a partial malolactic fermentation.
Colour: Straw yellow color with greenish and golden highlights.
Nose: It is a very fresh wine, with an aromatic of acidic fruits, like the acid apple, the lime or the lemon.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh, of easy passage, with a very marked acidity, and an end that invites to take another drink.
