Tempranillo 100%. This wine has been made with organic grapes, without herbicides and insecticides.

Vineyard

The vineyards are located on the base of Yoar mountain (Sierra de Cantabria). Chalky-clay soils.

Winemaking

Fermentation: Destalked grapes. Temperature control between 24-28º.
Natural decantation process and minimum dosis of sulphur.
Unoaked.

Tasting Notes

Sight: Medium-high cherry colour, clean and brilliant.
