Macabeo & Parellada
Located in Blancafort, La Conca de Barberà (Tarragona). Organic cetification. Parellada, 35 years old. Orientation E-W. Macabeu, 17 years old. Orientation NW-SE.
Parellada and Macabeu fermentation with indigenous yeast, bleeding of the wine and fermentation in tank with syrah and garnatxa skins. Subsequent storage in clay amphoras on the lees during 6 months. No added sulfites.
Slim aluminum can of 250 ml. The use of polymer coating, free of BPA (without bisphenol), prevents the wine from being in contact with the aluminum eliminating the possibility of metal taste. The can is a format that can be recycled to infinity.
The label is made of mineral paper or stone paper and for its manufacture no chemicals, trees or water are used, being respectful with the environment.
