Aged in bottle for between 2 and 2,5 years, always at a constant temperature of between 12 and 14ºC, in the darkness of our underground cellars, protected from natural light and sounds.

Pale straw yellow, with brilliant flashes of green.
Plentiful, fine mousse, forming a full white crown.
The nose is refreshing and intense, with fine aromas of ageing balancing with elegant notes of ripe stone fruit and a lovely hint of citrus.
The palate is well structured, with a fine, long, deep mousse, which is refreshing but elegant, and clean and long in the finish.
Serve well chilled, between 5 and 7ºC. A perfect aperitif, or an ideal accompaniment to pasta, seafood and shellfish, smoked fish, baked or grilled fish, white meats, and most rice dishes.
To enjoy the fine aromas and flavours at their best, drink at a maximum of 2 years after disgorgement, and always store the bottle in a vertical position, protected from light and at a constant temperature of between 12 and 14ºC.
