Winemaking: Hand-picked harvesting in boxes of 15kg. After de-stemming, the grapes are cold macerated at 5ºC for 12 hours. Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats.

Colour: Pale yellow with greenish highlights.

Nose: White flowers, critics and White fruit.

Taste: Fresh and persistent.
