Low yields from ecologic vines located between 750 and 900 meters bring a fine bouquet to the wines. Manual harvest during the first days of October in the cooler hours of each day. Vineyards protected by the “Biosphere Reserve” by UNESCO in 2003.
After choosing and separated into two passes per vine the most healthy and ripe grapes from our vineyards, these individually fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control between 23 and 27°C. Grape’s own yeasts are responsible for the transformation of organic wine must. It is then decanted to get his characteristic clarity and brightness.
Violet colour with intense aromas of red fruit (blackberry, raspberry) and fresh grapes. The taste is clean and net transmitting at the end all the fruit and fine expression of vinosity treasures.

From grapes ecologically grown, we obtain this young and fruity wine, which outstands because of its nice palate. With unusual roundness and perfect balance, the presence of sulphur dioxide has been reduced, making this wine a natural and healthy product.
It is also a projection our vocation and sensitivity for ecological agriculture and its consequences for the environment.
VISUAL: Intense Picota cherry colour, well covered and medium layer, trim with violet sparkling. It is clean and bright.
NASAL: ripe berries, well balanced with spicy notes, such as cloves and black pepper. Balsamic and delicate.
TASTE: Fresh tasty entrance, Berries are present as they were in nose, good structure, lengthy persistent passing, together with a light tone of wild berries (blueberries and gooseberry) with a highlighted vegetal note and soft, light tanning perfectly balanced as a whole.
This wine is the ideal companion for light meals, warm starters, pulses, Rioja style potato soup, game birds and poultry. We suggest: “Organic egg yolk with crystal peppers and chanterelles “The light tannin helps to counterbalance the rubbery texture of the yolk, and the peppers, on the other hand, counterbalance the tannic ending of the wine. The chanterelles provide this dish with a wooden note which compliments this wine perfectly.

Using natural and traditional techniques of viticulture in the organic vineyard ”Viña Hermosa” located, we get each year organic grapes with a high content of natural resveratrol (antioxidant). According to official bodies, ORGANIC SANTALBA reaches 24.5 mg / liter, 6 times more than average wines.
Visual: Deep Indian ink with a purple meniscus which stains the side of the glass with a thick coat of glycerine.
Aromas: Powerful nose laden with black fruit, ripe plums, floral notes, caramelized toffee, violets, liquorice, spices, dairy and medicinal tones.
Taste: In the mouth, elegant intensity and smoothness, fruit touches in the aftertaste accompany a slight acidity. Intense, full-bodied, sweet but with rounded tannins, powerful and with a long finish.
Serving suggestions: new-style Spanish cuisine as well asgrilled meat, T-bone steaks, grilled sirloin, sirloin steaks with foie sauce, roast lamb, pork in mustard, beans and pulses, magret and confit of duck.

Certified Organic Rioja Crianza wine presents an elegant cherry red color with ruby rims and ocher tones.
The aroma of this wine expresses marked notes of ripe fruit, toasted memories with touches of vanilla and a light background of licorice.
It is a wine with a long and very broad flavor; highlight its good structure, balanced and elegant tannins. At its finish you can taste notes of fruits and spices with a hint of prunes.
Antoñita is a good choice with all types of dishes from the Mediterranean diet whether tapas, pinchos, starters, rice, pasta, legumes, red meats and bush meat, barbecues, pasta and nuts. Its features will be highlighted during his time in bottle.

The vineyards are distributed between the Sierra de Cantabria and the Ebro river, mainly in Rioja Alavesa, settled on clay-calcareous soils of non irrigated lands. Pruning is done in a spur pruning. The average age is 40 years and they are at an average altitude of 480 meters.

The good weather, which during the whole cycle had favored an excellent vegetative and sanitary state of the vineyard, with absence of plagues or important diseases, also allowed to reach a correct maturational balance in all the vineyards, to which decisively contributed a month September exceptionally favorable for quality.
The exceptional sanitary conditions, contributed to a good development of the fermentations that gave rise to wines well structured, with good color, very healthy and with a good polyphenolic structure.

The grapes are destemmed, then the must is fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature.

Violet colour, with a fresh vibrant aroma of red fruit, typical of Tempranillo. On the palate it is full-bodied, fresh and full of flavour, with a concentration of red berries. Expressive Tempranillo
