Berarte young wine

The first organic wine is Berarte joven with D.O.Ca. Rioja de Berarte Viñedos y Bodegas S.L. which is located in the heart of the Rioja Alavesa. It is a wine made with 100% Tempranillo grapes from its own vineyards. It is a powerful, fruity and floral wine, fresh with 14% alcohol volume, 5.18 g./l. acidity and 3.81 pH.

Navardia young wine

The second young organic red wine in our pack is the Navardia joven with D.O.Ca. Rioja from Bodegas Bagordi. It is a wine made of 80% Tempranillo, 15% Grenache and 5% Graciano. It is a young wine that stands out for its roundness and perfect balance. It has been possible to reduce the presence of sulfur dioxide to the maximum making this young red a natural and healthy product.

Que Vida

The third wine in our pack is Que Vida D.O.Ca. Rioja from Bodega Santalba S.A. which is located in the heart of La Rioja Alta. “Que Vida” is a very Rioja greeting, very typical of the area. A natural organic wine without added sulfites made with grapes of the Tempranillo variety. It is also a wine that stands out for its high concentration of the natural antioxidant of the grape resveratrol.

Herrigoia young wine

The fourth wine is young Herrigoia of carbonic maceration D.O.Ca. Rioja from the El Mozo Wines winery. Carbonic maceration means that the grapes are not separated from the scrape, they remain whole and the bunch ferments whole. The wine is made of 85% Tempranillo and the rest Viura and Malvasia, just as in the old days red wines were made in La Rioja, adding a little white grape to get this freshness. Grapes from 10 different micro plots are used and this wine is made using the traditional method in an open concrete tank called a Lake.

Berarte crianza

The fifth wine is the Berarte organic crianza with D.O.Ca . Rioja de Berarte Viñedos y Bodegas S.L. Made with 100% Tempranillo grapes aged for 12 months in American oak barrels. It is an ecological aging of intense ruby color, with aromas of red fruits and vanilla, on the palate red fruits and licorice. Very powerful and astringent taste, with a lot of tannin, has long-term storage capacity. It has 12.5% alcohol degree, 5.0 g./l. acidity and 3.65 pH.

Ijalba young wine

The sixth wine is a young Rioja in its purest state Ijalba Tempranillo D.O.Ca. Rioja de Viña Ijalba Winery and Vineyards, one of the first wineries that began to produce organic wines. As the name of the wine says, it is made 100% from the Tempranillo grape. Unlike Herrigoia, this young organic wine is made without scratching and with a gentle squeezing, that is, crushing of the grape, to extract the must. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks. A young organic violet color with a fresh aroma of red fruit.
