Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank, malolactic fermentation in French oak tubs.
14 months in barrels, 80% French oak and 20% American oak.
By natural methods
Color: Intense color, with Cherry Cherry background and dark red edging.
Nose: very intense profile of red and black fruit, has great expressiveness and reminiscent of aromatic plants and pine forest land after rain. The wood is very well integrated, leaving the fruit and the landscape on it.
Mouth: it has good volume and fills the mouth leaving a feeling of fullness. Red and black fruits appear highlighting the cherry and BlackBerry.
The tannin is present but is of very good quality. It is fresh and elegant, you can enjoy it already and has a lot of life ahead. It collects very well the landscape of the northern part of the Ribera del Duero, with all its breed but with great finesse. Specially adapted to accompany roasted meats and stews.
