To achieve maximum expression of the grapes part of the must is macerated with grapes’ skin. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Underwater Ageing
After ageing in barrels, the wine is bottled and submerged at a depth of 24 metres. Underwater ageing takes place in the Mediterranean Sea in Alicante.
