Winemaking: 100% de-stemmed grapes. Fermentation under controlled temperature in wood, stainless steel and concrete tanks.
Aging: 15 months in American-French oak barrels.
Bottle: 12 months in bottle.
Colour: Cherry red colour and purple rim.
Nose: Ripe black fruit, spicy and balsamic hint, mixed/combined with cocoa and liquorice. Fruit and oak are perfectly integrated.
