Visual: High layer, with Violet and red hues.
Nose: intense and surprising for its frank aroma of forest fruits, licorice, undergrowth, spicy touches and chocolate.
Palate: full with great balance, burly but not and fresh at the same time, appearing again full of fruit and notes of the barrel in the aftertaste.
Every wine is the fruit of a covenant between nature and the hand of man. To create this wine, in Hacienda López de Haro we have sealed that pact with our ancestors, with generations that for centuries have turned the fruit of our vineyards into wine transmitting elmente the essence of its origin.
The Covenant is a return to the way of making our ancestors, it is a return to respect for nature and its rhythms. That respect translates into the practice of organic viticulture that also applies biodynamic techniques, those that our grandparents already mastered thanks to the heritage of popular wisdom and daily observation of their environment.
