Rioja Vegan Wine
Ageing: in big barrels
Laventura Tempranillo has a medium ruby colour with primary fruit aromas of raspberries, redcurrant, red cherries, black cherries, black berries and plums. Light secondary aromas of oak, brioche and vanilla due to the lees contact and ageing for one year in barrel. The palate is textured with a present tannin. Good acidity, body and length. Good ageing potential on this wine.
it is made from vineyards in Laguardia in Rioja Alavesa above 520m on the Southern slopes of the Sierra Cantabria. The cooler Atlantic climate from the North combines with the warmer Mediterranean climate form the South creating the ideal conditions for red wines. Tempranillo grapes ripen easily and retain good acidity and freshness due to the limestone soils. Aged in big barrels that preserves the fruit aromas of the Tempranillo.
