ORGANIC, VEGAN, NO ADDED SULPHITES
Grenache and others
Vineyards of organic farming, low production. Northern border area for the cultivation of red varieties, sheltered from the mountains of Urbasa and Andia. Fresh calcareous clay soils. Vineyards not treated with synthetic chemicals.
Manual harvest in mid-September.
Short maceration (5 days) and static, with as little intervention as possible, without bazookas or backups. Manual digging, very light pressing. Malolactic fermentation in 12,000 litre tank. Until bottling the wine remained in storage at a stable temperature to maintain its qualities. No sulfites added.
Visual: clean and bright, with mastery of raspberry tones.
Nose: fresh with a good intensity, highlighting the notes of blackberries and violets.
Mouth: Attack of fresh fruit, which reveals its origin from vineyards in height. Very pleasant passage, friendly wine, light and very easy to drink.
Le Naturel is our collection of wines without added sul tos, in which the key is the production completely natural and very careful, with a single ingredient: grape. In this way, we make the wine a re ejo without arti cios of the vineyard from which it comes.
We make it in our winery eco navarra, Aroa Bodegas, where we are pioneers in the D. O. Navarra in the recovery of practices of organic farming and biodynamic. There we produce all our wines with the minimum possible intervention, respecting the fruit of the vineyards, located in the Valley of Yerri, the highest and freshest area of the denomination. We are one of the few wineries in Spain with the certi cado Wineries for Climate Protection granted by the Spanish Wine Federation.
