Very neat on the palate, with a taste of the pure expression of Monastrell. Explosion of fruit, rounded with silky tannins.
Recommended on its own or pairing it with an assortment of different cured hams.
Best served at 16ºC.
Recommended to be consumed within the first year after vintage.
