Malolactic fermentation in barrels, followed by aging during 19 months in new French and American oak barrels.
Natural stabilization of the wine during aging in barrels without adding clarifying agents.
Limited production of 2,085 bottles of 75 cl.
Intense layer of Cherry Cherry color.
Great explosion of aromas of ripe black fruit, wrapped in mineral notes and cocoa, on a background of eucalyptus and spices, such as cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Lively and pleasant tannins, powerful and balanced, with an attractive freshness that invites to drink. Long aftertaste of ripe fruit, great persistence.
