The Cosmonaut in the Water Ravine

The Cosmonaut in the Water Ravine is the organic wine D.O.Ca. Rioja limited edition of about 1,250 bottles from the El Mozo Wines winery. It is a wine without added sulfites made of 90% Malvasia old vines and 10% Viura and aged for 6 months in the Hungarian barrel. The Vasconegro vineyard was planted in 1965. Viticulture and winemaking are based on minimal intervention. The fermentation starts with the native yeast itself that the grapes get from the field. The wine is not corrected with any oenological product.

Ideal to pair with
