Soil

Structural replanting on loams and sandstones. Shallow, flat soils with a sandstone mother rock and loam packs of very shallow low intensity (25-50 cm) and in outcrop areas 595 meters altitude.

Viticulture

Vineyard worked under a minimum intervention and reasoned viticulture. Minimal labor. Age between 50 years and 105 years.

Harvest

100% manual in boxes of 15 kilos.

Winemaking

Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank, partial destemming 60%, soft bazuqueos and aging in second year French oak barrels for 9 months without any transfer. No clarification or filtration.
