Discover Eya Verdejo de Carchelo

Eya Verdejo is a white wine produced by the Carchelo Winery, located in the Region of Murcia. It is a monovarietal of Verdejo grapes that have been grown in vineyards of between 15 and 20 years planted in sandy loam and clay soils. The harvest of these grapes is carried out during the night in a mechanized way. After this, the grapes go through the maceration process in the winery, which is carried out in stainless steel tanks. Before alcoholic fermentation, bleeding of the flowering wort and defangement is carried out.

All this process results in a young white wine with Denomination of Origin Jumilla and an alcoholic graduation of 13% vol.

Tasting notes of Eya Verdejo

Eya Verdejo is a vegan wine that stands out for its clean and bright appearance that highlights its yellow color with green flashes. It has a variety of smells and aromas of white flowers, citrus and white stone fruits. Once in the mouth, it presents itself as a balanced and perfectly structured white. Leaves a refreshing, clean and fruity feeling.

It is a perfect white wine to accompany fish dishes, seafood, salads, rice dishes and snacks. To be able to appreciate all its nuances, the ideal is to serve it at a temperature of between 8 and 10ºC.
