Following the great success of its premiere Prosecco, Freixenet continues to expand its expertise in wine making and pleasing the hearts of wine lovers around the world, with the new Freixenet Italian Rosé sparkling wine. Freixenet Italian Rosé is a delicious combination of the best clusters of Glera and Pinot Noir grapes that are harvested in Italy. A sparkling wine with an elegant rose shade and a sparkle and beauty that dazzle.

Winemaking

Whole grape bunches are gently pressed and the juice undergoes slow cooled fermentation. This preserves the grape’s delicate aromatics and freshness.
The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurized stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks, the result is a fruity, fresh and seductive sparkling wine with remaining natural sugar.

Freixenet Italian Rosé is fresh and fruity with the delicate aroma of red fruits and an elegant base of white flowers and apples.
