Product Information

Freixenet Prosecco is made with the best Glera grapes from the Italian region of Veneto. Freixenet is extending its extensive expertise and prestige to Prosecco combining superior quality with spectacular elegance. A fruity sparkling wine, fresh and seductive, with natural sugars.

Winemaking

Whole bunches of grapes are gently pressed and the juice undergoes a process of slow cooled fermentation to preserve the grape’s delicate aromas and freshness.
The second fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in pressurised stainless steel tanks. After a few weeks the remaining natural sugars result in a fresh, fruity and seductive sparkling wine.

Tasting Note

Freixenet Prosecco is golden straw with lively effervescence and fresh aromas of citrus, apple and flowers. Clean and fresh on the palate with tones of ripe lemon, green apple and grapefruit. The finish is light and fresh.
