GRAPE VARIETY: 50% White Grenache 50% Hondarribi Zuri (Txakoli), very unusual coupage.

VISUAL PROFILE: Intense straw-yellow colour with green hues.

AROMATIC PROFILE: So intense, clean and fruity in a still glass and more complex in a swirled glass. Aromas of white fruit as pear, melon and apple appears accompanied by very pleasant herbal tea aromas. We also find sweet aromas as anise candy and honey, puff pastry, pastry cream or candied spaghetti squash.

TASTING PROFILE: Balanced acidity, unctuous and glyceric sensation. In retronasal appear very ripe citric fruit.

Alcohol Content: 12,5%
