Alcohol: 13,7% Alcohol by Volume. CONTAINS SULFITES
Colour: Ruby red, trimmed to half a glass tile.
Nose: Very fresh with secondary fermentation aromas and ripe fruit well with the other.
Smoked appear in the background .
Palate: elegant, round, repeating ripe fruit and smoky aftertaste. Tanino round
Combining: Serving temperature 17-18ºC. Highly recommended as an aperitif, it is an exquisite companion of good prosciutto, caviar and foie. Perfect for drinking with soft cheese, rice, fish and desserts
