Alcoholic fermentation and then malolactic fermentation are carried out in 225-litre French oak barrels. Then for its aging in barrels the wine remains 8 months in new French oak barrels.
After ageing in barrels, the wine is bottled and submerged at a depth of 24 metres. Underwater ageing takes place in the Mediterranean Sea in Alicante.
Stews, meat, poultry and vegetable dishes.
Recommended serving temperature between 14 and 16 ºC.
As the wine is from Tempranillo grapes from Rioja Alavesa both on the nose and in the mouth the red fruits prevail. It is a powerful, fresh, young and very fruity wine with well balanced acidity.
