Vineyards located in an elevated inter uvio, on the north side of Moncayo at 810m altitude. Stony terrain with a high percentage of slate & pebbles.
Harvest
Manual harvest.
Winemaking
Fermentation at less than 25ºC in stainless steel tanks and maceration for 2 weeks.
Ageing
5 months in French oak barrels.

14% Vol.
Tasting Note
Visual: Garnet cherry colour, bright and with young edging.
Nose: Aromas of red fruit, wild berries and a vegetable touch.
Palate: tasty, balanced, very fruity, with a predominance of strawberries and raspberries, and a sweet finish.

This project is a tribute to Garnacha, a variety historically forgotten and denoted by its complicated viticulture. Project Garnachas is a collection of monovarietal wines made in different areas of the Ebro Valley and from very old vineyards. Each wine expresses all the nuances and singularities of its production area.

Old vineyards, planted in the Forties, on ferrous clay soil with boulders in the Ribota Valley, with an average altitude of 850 meters. The climate is continental warm.
Harvest
Manual harvest.
Winemaking
Fermentation at less than 25ºC in 15.000 kg concrete tanks, maceration for 17 days.
Ageing
10 months in New barrels, second and Third use French oak.
Alcohol
14.5% Vol.
Tasting Note
Visual: ripe cherry red.
Nose: roasted aromas, cocoa and forest fruits.
Mouth: mature tannins, which denote the low yield of this old vineyard providing a full and tasty mouth.

Old vineyards over 60 years old. Located on slopes and pizarrosas terraces in the mountains of the Molar area (Tarragona), between 300 and 400 meters above sea level.
Harvest
Manual harvest.
Winemaking
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature controlled below 28ºC. Maceration for 2 weeks.
Ageing
10 months in French oak barrels.
Alcohol
14.5% Vol.
Tasting Note
Visual: burgundy colour.
Nose: combines the minerality provided by the dark blackboards, with the characteristic red fruit of the Garnacha.
Palate: on the palate it is a rich and tasty wine, balanced between elegance and finesse, complexity and length.
