Ijalba Crianza Organic Rioja

Viña Ijalba Crianza is made from Tempranillo 90% and Graciano 10% grape varieties from the vineyards located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Viana de Bodega Viña Ijalba. Under the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin, this organic red wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts for 15 days. It is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months and 6 months in the bottle. The combination of Tempranillo and Graciano is a classic blend for the production of cherry red wines, with aromas of red fruits and vanilla. This organic crianza Rioja pairs perfectly with grilled meat, roast duck or pork, legume stews and Manchego cheeses. It has 13.81% alcohol; 58 mg/l total sulfurous; 55 index of total polyphenols.
