Nose: A cup stop: good balance between fruit and oak aromas. A oxygenated drink: citrus, minerals and spices (black pepper).
Palate: Round and tasty mouth filling inlet. Tannic aftertaste, very persistent pleasant tannins.
Combining: Serving temperature 17-18ºC. All kinds of meat. Also paired with fish and salads.
