Wine is aged during 14 months in new French oak barrels, long maturation in bottle to get optimal quantity of tannins from oak barrels.

Underwater Ageing

After ageing in barrels, the wine is bottled and submerged at a depth of 24 metres. Underwater ageing takes place in the Mediterranean Sea in Alicante.

Pairing

We recommend to open the bottle 45 minutes before serving, it is also recommended to decant the wine.
Optimum temperature for consumption between 15 and 17°C.

This wine pairs well with red meat, game, stews, cured cheeses and cured sausages.

Tasting Notes

Fruity wine with smoky, spicy and cocoa notes due to French oak barrel. It is a powerful wine, well balanced. Persistent in the mouth.
