100% White Grenache, grape variety together with Red Grenache and the Hairy Grenache that best represents Tierra Alta. 1/3 of the world’s white Grenache production is produced in this region.


Designation of Origin Tierra Alta, Tarragona.


For the vinification of this unique Mar de Batea wine, White Grenache from young vineyards and also overripe White Grenache from old vines are used. The fermentation is carried out separately at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, a blend or a coupage of these grapes is made with later ageing on their lees, which gives the wine more density and aroma.

Underwater Ageing

Once the wine is bottled, it is immersed in the bottom of the waters of the Mediterranean Sea so that it continues its evolution in bottle (bottle aging) for 9 months.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow wine color. The nose shows a lot of freshness and has aromas of white flowers, jasmine, apricot and grapefruit. In the mouth it has a long course, unctuous, with the presence of herbs, citrus fruits and with good acidity.
