Winemaking
100% de-stemmed grapes. Fermentation in vertical French oak casks (a total of 3 in this vintage).
Ageing
18 months in the same French oak cask where it was fermented. 2 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Intense red cherry. Powerful tears that stain the glass.
Nose: Black fruits with balsamic and minerals aromas due to its terroir. Cocoa and liquorice hints.
Taste: Powerful, tasty and fleshy. Full and nice in the mouth. Black ripe fruit notes over the crianza notes.
