Oloramar Albariño is vinified in stainless steel vats with mechanically controlled temperature and slight work on its own Lees. Further refining in bottle for three months.
Tasting Notes
Colour: pale yellow with greenish iridescence.
Aroma: expressive, elegant, varietal, fresh fruit.
Mouth: good acidity, tasty, fatty, fresh and complex, with an excellent aftertaste. I drink without complications.
