Tasting Notes
Cherry red color, with violet iridescence and purple rim. Clean and bright appearance. When swirled, it displays an abundant alcoholic and glyceric tear on the glass.
Well produced and balanced young wine. Perfect companion for snacks such as serrano ham or cheese, as well as for fish, red and white meats, roasts, paellas, omelettes, mushrooms and spicy foods.
Great intensity and aromatic purity. Very fruity; red fruits as strawberry and raspberry with a very nice and sweet touch. On a nice background of red licorice and violet candies.
Soft and sweet on the palate, a well balanced and compensated acidity that gives vividness and freshness to the wine. Very nice medium persistence, appearing many aromas of sweet fruit. A young, fresh and light red.
