Tasting Notes
Cherry red color, and ruby rim. Bright coloring intensity. When the cup is swirl it looks like it has an abundant glyceric tear.
Well balanced wine, without losing the youth and the primary aromas of the variety. Best pairings include, blue fish, red meat, various types of cheeses, snacks, etc. Also enjoyed alone or with good company.
Clean, with red and black fruit notes, ripe fruit, vanilla, spices, black pepper, fennel, roasted wood. A perfect assembly between fruit and wood. Elegant barrel aging. A crianza, with a different style.
