Manual harvest in boxes of 15 Kg perforated.
Winemaking
Upon arrival at the winery the bunches are selected manually. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with the temperature control between 12-15ºC.
Ageing
6 months in tank and oak fudre with “batonnage “. The wine is clarified with fishtail. Tangential filtration.
Tasting Notes
It is an intense straw yellow wine. On the nose you can perceive nuances of white fruit (apricot and peach). This wine has great persistence. In the mouth it is a round wine & very balanced.

The wine is bottled and submerged at 12 meters deep in the sea during 6 months.
Tasting Notes
It is an intense straw yellow wine. A fresh and fine wine, with well integrated acidity, quite persistent. Due to underwater ageing the wine has fresh evolution and good aging potential.

Winemaking
Complete destemming. First alcoholic fermentation in barrels of 500 L. Aging in new French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is clarified with sea water & egg white.
Tasting notes
A wine of intense color and very fruity. Black fruit and raspberry. A well-balanced wine with well-integrated acidity.
