The vineyards of the winery are located in Val do Salnés Emparrado. 50-year-old plots. Sandy and clay soil. West facing, facing the Atlantic Ocean.

Harvest
Manual harvest in boxes of 15 Kg perforated.
Winemaking
Upon arrival at the winery the bunches are selected manually. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with the temperature control between 12-15ºC.
Ageing
6 months in tank and oak fudre with “batonnage “. The wine is clarified with fishtail. Tangential filtration.
Tasting Notes
It is an intense straw yellow wine. On the nose you can perceive nuances of white fruit (apricot and peach). This wine has great persistence. In the mouth it is a round wine & very balanced.

Winemaking
Manual selection of the grapes is made upon arrival at the winery. Complete destemming. Aging of 2 years on its fine lees: of which 1 year in granite tank and 1 year more in stainless steel tank. Wine clarification is done with fishtail.
Tasting notes
It is a wine that has very good aging potential. Well integrated acidity, great aromatic persistence. Attis Embaixador (Singular Vineyard).

Winemaking
The grapes are selected manually upon arrival at the winery. Complete destemming. The first fermentation, which is alcoholic fermentation, takes place in French oak barrels. Aged in barrels for 12 months with fine lees and weekly batonnage. Clarification with fishtail.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow wine with golden edges. With aromas of ripe fruit and toasted touches of nuts and spices. Very intense wine in the mouth. Well integrated and balanced acidity.
