Delicate salmon rose. Expressive, intense, white peach and grapefruit aromas and subtle notes of acid strawberry. Fresh and elegant mouth.
Entrants, Cesar salad; rice, fish, salmon, sea bass, seafood, lobster, delicate cheeses and desserts such as chocolate cakes and cherries.
Recommended temperature of around 12-14ºC
To be consumed in optimal conditions 20-30 months after processing
