Bottled without filtration so as to respect the quality of the wine.
Total production: 6,600 bottles of 75 cl.
Analysis
Alcohol: 14.81%, Total Acidity: 5.51 g/l (Ac. Tartaric), Sugar Reducing: 2.70 gr/l., Recommended Temperature: 10ºC
Tasting Notes
Brilliant and clear aspect. Cherry red colour with intense burgundy rims.
Intense and elegant symphony of menthol and balsamic aromas, well blended of wild black and red berries on a background of undergrowth. The sweet aromas of fruit give way to the spiced scent like white pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon shrouded by touches of cocoa and cedar.
The palate is broad, fresh, pleasant and velvety. A cheerful and elegant wine.
