Fermentation below 25 degrees in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for 14 days.
Aged for 5 months in French oak barrels.
Colour: Wine of medium layer, with a bright garnet cherry color.
Nose: Aromas of wild fruits such as raspberry and trinkets, combined with light toasted from their passage through barrel. Certain citrus touches denoting freshness and vividness.
Palate: In the mouth it is silky, stands out for its freshness and minerality, and is surprisingly easy to drink.
