Tasting Note
On view presents a beautiful cherry color with Garnet edge.
The 2012 vintage was characterized by a healthy and balanced ripeness grape, lower than the previous vintage.
This is reflected in the nose, in the form of sharp aromas of red fruits, balsamic notes and spices such as black pepper. The smoky tones and toasts of the barrel appear well integrated. Keep in mind the organic notes of our wines, made with low levels of sulphurous.
On the palate it is balanced and friendly, with a silky entry that, together with ripe and tasty tannins, envelops the palate with a pleasant sensation. Its vibrant acidity gives it elegance, lengthening it and giving it the characteristic freshness of our wines from Highland vineyards.
