Tasting Note
Colour: Medium layer. Red colour with a bright red rim.
Nose: It is intense, fruity and cheerful, with loto f liveliness. Very nice red fruits in the line of fresh cherries and raspberries.
It is very clean and transparent, with totally imperceptible oak despite its year of aging.
Freshness is already guessed by smelling it.
Palate: Medium volume and very fine tannin. The fruity sensation is fresh and delicate, highlighting the flavours of fresh red fruits.
It is long and very nice, fine and elegant.
It admits the cold temperature, like a white one, it emphasizes the fruit and the freshness. It goes very well at the entrance of the meal and adapts
perfectly to the fish.
It is ideal as wine by glasses to take it with pinchos or tapas.
Harvest
During the 2016 vegetative cycle, there was a total rainfall of 409 mm, distributed mostly in the months prior to sprouting.
At the end of the cycle, already in the month of September, there was a significant increase in the temperatures with a storm that favored the ripening.
A year of perfect maturation, with Mediterranean influence and great wines.
