Vinification
Hand picked and sorted for an optimal selection of the berries. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in French and American oak barriques new, 1 and 2 years old.
Total ageing
11 months with a frequent batonnage of twice a week.
Tasting Note
Deep and brilliant red cherry color. Nice combination of red berries and natural sweet mouthfeel of the Garnacha; freshness, structure, forest black fruits and spice of the Graciano; complex background of the oak with delicate smoky and sweet flavours.
