Properties of  Zeena’s Rosé Wine

With this Set of 6 cans of rosé wine (equivalent to 2 bottles of wine) from the Zeena brand you will discover the Garnacha grape variety in a way you have never done before. This is due, in part, thanks to its cultivation in one of the best certified areas in the world for the cultivation of this grape: Terra Alta de Catalunya. The grapes with which the Zeena Rosé is made acquire unique properties of the soils of the Terra Alta, which then transfer to this dry rosé wine with a 12.5% alcohol, worthy of the best palate.

In addition, these lands have the seal of organic cultivation, which allows to make a 100% vegan and organic broth. During the winemaking process, a maceration is carried out with the skins of the grapes to later obtain the must through the tear bleeding technique. After fermentation, the final filtration of 0.45 microns is carried out to obtain the Zeena Rosado.

The Zeena Rosé and its tasting notes

The first thing that surprises about Zeena Rosé wine is its canned format, but beyond that, its colors, aromas and flavors will make tasting it an experience for the senses. First we start by seeing its brilliance and its delicate salmon tone, which makes us think that it will be a soft wine. We confirm this with its fruity and floral aromas, with a certain memory of red fruits due to the Red Grenache. Finally, in the mouth it presents itself as a light and silky broth that leaves us with a very pleasant sensation.

It is recommended to let Zeena’s rosé rest for at least 100 seconds before tasting it at a temperature of between 7 and 8ºC. The best pairing to enjoy this rosé are light meals and snacks.

In Zeena they make all their canned wines in a 100% organic & vegan way, not only in the cultivation and winemaking of the broth itself, but also in the manufacture of the cans, which come from totally recycled and recyclable aluminum.
