Santalba Rioja Nabot

Nabot is a signature wine with the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin from the Santalba wineries made with 80% Tempranillo grapes 20% others from vineyards that exceed 100 years of age possibly pre-phylloxeric. The viticulture techniques are ecological-sustainable and very controlled. This wine has 14.5% alcohol content (Alc./Vol.)

It is a very deep cherry red wine almost black. The nose shows intense ripe fruit with notes of tobacco, cocoa and licorice. A lot of corpulence in the mouth, but with creaminess and soft fruity touches in the aftertaste. Enormous persistence and aging potential. The ideal is to take Santalba Nabot at a temperature of 17ºC, and accompany it with meat roasts, traditional stews, Iberian ham, cured cheeses, etc.

Due to its natural preparation without filtering, we recommend decanting it to enjoy all its complexity.
