Winemaking
The grapes when they arrive at the winery are selected manually. Complete destemming. The first spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place in French oak barrels. Aged for 60 months with fine lees and “batonnage” in barrels. The wine is clarified with fishtail.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow wine with golden edges. Wine with acidity and tannins perfectly integrated. A wine with good aging potential.
